Fuelify - CLOSED

The word ‘gym’ is a shortened version of the ancient Greek word ‘gymnasium’, so it’s reasonably fair to say that fitness regimes have been in place for rather a long time. The modern world has adapted and adjusted to the most recent techniques on the market, though, and Fuelify is a company that is looking to take advantage.

The fitness industry is a multi-billion pound one with people investing money not just in gym memberships but also in all of the supplements that goes with it. This includes drinks, food, snacks and more that you can take before, during or after exercise in order to allow your body to recover. In other words, the ‘fuel’ you need to succeed. Enter Fuelify, for all of your fitness needs.

How Does It Work?

You let the company know what sort of exercise you do and they put together a box to suit your needs. You subscribe to receive said box for a given period of time and you pay a regular amount of money in exchange for it. That continues until you decide you no longer want to receive the goods and you stop paying your money.

What Do You Get?

You get fuel to help you prepare for your workout, to aid you when you’re in the middle of your workout or to assist you in your recovery after a particularly hard workout. The body works in different ways, so the fuel you need after doing, say, a 10k run, will be entirely different to what you’d need after doing a heavy weights session. The box you receive will be filled with the necessary goodies for what you tend to do the most of, exercise-wise.

You’ll get six products sent through to you every month. These products will, as we’ve already said, be different depending on what you do as exercise and recovery is not a one-thing-suits-all environment. Generally speaking, however, you’ll receive a series of different snacks from some of the best-known sports nutrition brands in the world.

That means you’ll get snack bars, energy bars, protein tablets, protein snacks, hydration tablets and an awful lot more besides. They will be the latest and greatest things on the market, so you know you’ll be getting top-quality assistance no matter what type of fitness regime you opt for. The six products in your box are designed to help you push yourself to the very limit of your training ability.

There are three main options for you to choose from in the Fuelify canon. The Energy Box is focussed on people that tend to opt for longer training routines. This is the box for the aerobic exerciser; the runner, the sprinter, the jogger, the cyclist, the tennis player. Anyone who gets their heart racing when they hit the gym or pull on their trainers.

The Protein Box is aimed at the gym-goer who likes to hit the weights. Whether you’re aiming to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger or you simply like to look after yourself, this box is filled with protein to help your muscles recover after you’ve been punishing them repeatedly.

The Fuel Box is the last option and is a handy mix of both of the previous two. Maybe you don’t like to be typecast when it comes to your exercise; running long distances one day and then hitting the bench-press the next. This box is for you, with a balance of contents to match your balanced exercises.

The very nature of subscription boxes means that it’s something of a secret what you’ll be receiving from one month to the next. After all, if you knew exactly what it was you’d be getting you might just cancel your subscription and go out and buy it yourself. What we can tell you, though, is that you’ll be receiving things like an electrolyte pack from Science In Sport, an IsoGel bar made by High5 Sports Nutrition, Orange Gel bars from Lucozade, a Coconut & Macadamia Protein Bliss Bar from Bounce Energy Ball and more.

Even though deciding which box is the right one for you might be quite complicated, the pricing structure is not. Whatever box you opt for it will cost you £12.99 per month with free postage and packaging included in the price.
